To the OP,i would have stayed with the X-660.My PSU,the G-650 which is simular to yours ,i'll definetely have faith in it that'll run SLI 780's.

If I hadn't been able to find a Seasonic built 850w for $100 I probably would have held off but the price was too good.

My X-660 will go into my media PC (and I can throw out the Crap Corsair 430w I have in it).

Well i have been very harsh on the Corsair CX units before but i think many have misunderstood me

I never said they where crap they are not great no and they wont last more then 2-3 eyars and they are totally unsuited for anything but basic PC´s but they are not crap

PSU´s like the OCZ CoreXStream and the Ultra X3/X4 are crap

I'll take that 430 off your hands for reasonable price.
I have been building rigs (spare time) through my mother's church for single parent households.
Depending on shipping I will take it.

I know to the watt how much power my system needs under load. Most people don't know this.

I think you'll be fine, even with overclocks to the CPU and both 780's. It'll be close to the PSU's rated output(probably -70 watts), but won't exceed it.

I had OCZ and Ultra power supplies die. I even had an Ultra explode in a system I built...

The CX430 isn't horrible. I have it in a media PC with a GT650 and a whack of hard drives. It would be nice to have a more stable power supply as I cart the case around to various tv's in my house and some do not have surge protection on hand.
