No, that's just "RAM", "a stick of RAM" or, if you're feeling elite, "moar r4mz"

A "RAM disk" is where you assign some of the system RAM to act like a storage device. The idea being you have SSD speeds but without the cost of buying an SSD (it's not without its drawbacks though, but that's another topic).
