You are wrong.

http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Palit/GeForce_GTX_780_Super_JetStream/26.html

1920 x 1200
HD 6970 - 48
GTX 660 - 53
GTX 780 - 91
PALIT GTX 780 - 100

GTX 570 is slower than GTX 660 and on par with HD 6970. so you see GTX 780 is 1.8x and a slightly factory overclocked GTX 780 is 2x the perf of GTX 570. SLI scaling in best cases is 1.8x - 1.9x but the avg scaling across many games is 1.6x. so GTX 780 is significantly faster than GTX 570 SLI.

wait for R9 290 reviews. if its on par with GTX 780 perf but priced much lesser then its a no-brainer to get R9 290. thumb.gif

do you think the 512bit and 4gb will benifit me that much more on 2560x1440 when compared to the 770GTX 2GB model?
