Electronic Arts snagged the license for the Ultimate Fighting Championship before THQ tanked -- and now THQ is alleging that this is the result of unfair behind-the-scenes dealing.

According to a filing in the United States District Court for Delaware, THQ alleges that after the company discussed a potential purchase of the franchise with EA, EA went behind its back and instigated trouble with Zuffa, the owner of the UFC brand.

Sounds like EA's playing dirty.

I didn't know the THQ still existed as entity enough to actually sue some one.

I bought stocks into THQ, hoping they would bounce back with UFC sales. I was hoping that game would keep em a float till saints row would come out and coh and southpark..So lame cuz those games would have brought THQ bad, to bad it didnt work out and i lost $1200 frown.gif.

Yet another reason why EA is the devil. Bank of America and EA are both cut from the same cloth.
