Need Help Overclocking

sorry i'm very nooby when it comes to computers

Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6.00PG
i have a 2.93 Ghz Pentium 4 HT processor
my cpu fsb is 133 Mhz and memory bus is 266 mhz
i have a two 512 MB DDR2-533 @ 266 Mhz which in total is 1 GB of RAM

i can't seem to find the feature in my bios to change any of these settings, if anyone can help me out that would be very appreciated and tell me what i could change to overlock my computer

Try hitting Shift + F1 I believe. Or Shift + F8, something of that sort. It normally shows hidden features on the BIOS. If nothing comes up, though, you're out of luck. The only left option would be a BIOS Flash. Sorry, but that's all I can think off.
