Wait... you need PCI-E 3.0 to crossfire the 290x's?

There was an image at the other 290X threads on OCN that was showing 2 of them in Crossfire on a 990FX UD7 Motherboard....Though I would agree it would be foolish to be PCI 3.0 exclusive...

I think this means that AMD just took that same secret sauce that Sony has for the GPU in the PS4 and applied it to their new GPUs as well.
