B85 Pentium or Z87 Core i3

So Black Friday is coming up again and instead of buying a PlayStation 3 I'm upgrading my Rig, hopefully both of them. I have 2 builds to choose from. I want as cheap as possible, but no skimping out.

Build 1
CPU:Intel Core i3 4130
Board:Gigabyte Z87 DH3P
Memory:8GB Kingston Hyper X 1600, Hitachi DeskStar 500GB
Case:NZXT Phantom 410
Either 2x nVidia GeForce 9800GT or Radeon HD7850. I'd like to use the 7850 but I'm having issues with it. I think it's my current board, but not sure.

Build 2:
Cpu:Intel Pentium G3220
Board:Some B85 or H87, not decided yet.
Rest is Same as the above.

Can I use the 2 9800GTs on a B85 or H87 platform? Can I raise Bus Speed and multipliers on a B85 or H87, and is the Pentium worth upgrading from my rig "Black Friday Abuse"?

What's your budget, I'm sure I can put together something better than both.

Budget is Quite low, trust me on this. I don't even have enough for the B85 build on me right now. I'm still saving.

Both choices are pretty bad. Not even a decent GPU is in either to make it a wise choice for it to be considered a gaming computer that would be better choice than a console. I would just buy a PS4 or XBOX1 or save more money until you can at least afford a 7870 XT.

Um, dude, I have a Radeon HD7850. And the 2 9800GTs are there because I got both for 67usd, I liked that, although I could have gotten better.

You cant do much with today's games with either of those cards, which is my point. Either save up more money to do a proper build around a decent GPU for gaming, or buy a console. What you proposed is not considerable by any means for today's games unless all you plan on playing is League of Legends.

It plays all of the games I want it to play quite fine. Frankly right now I want to play Games like Need For Speed:Shift, Auto club Revolution and such. I don't need the best of the best. And as for buying a PS4 or XB1,no, I'll quicker buy a PlayStation 3 for the time being.
