Upgrading 1100t to FX 8320

Was wondering if it is worth the upgrade? The rest of my specs should be in the profile. I was looking at the 8350, but that's priced at around 200 and with a promo code for newegg I can get the 8320 for 145. Hoping to be able to overclock it to around 4.5Ghz with the cooler I already have.

145 is a pretty darn good price.

You might as well hey it. You won't be seeing prices like that for a long time

I have the phenom II 1100t clocked at 4.0ghz right now. Using some promo code that you can use if your using the mobile app. I think its 10% off for anything i believe. Seems like it would be a better fit for my 7970.

The Asrock 970 Extreme 4 is a 4+1 board. It is rated to 140watts though. Pay very close attention to motherboard cooling and you might be ok if going to 4.5ghz.

1090T @ 4.0 -> 8350 @ 4.8 was noticeable.
