Max voltage for Gxt 650Ti

Thread Starter
I've managed to keep the voltage at 1.162v through kepler bios tweaker but when I set it to anything higher than that like 1.175v it just stays at 1.162v. I want to unlock the voltage all the way upto 1.21v. Hoping to get at least a 60mhz increase on the core clock and jump past 1200mhz. Has anyone tried getting their voltage on the gtx 650Ti past 1.162v? Please help. Thanks in advance. I know this isn't the best card but I'd really appreciate it if you guys could help me out.

Hi Jason. Actually the reason you cannot pass 1.162mV is because that's the cards max voltage limit. It is a voltage cap in the cards bios for protection. I suppose you could change it by editing the cards bios, But of'course that would be a bad idea because it will more than likely burn up the cards CPU or memory modules, Or both. Also you take the risk of messing up the bios on the card, I flashed the wrong bios on my old Radeon 5850 once, Huge disaster! And It took me a very long time to get the thing back to normal.
