Swiftech H220 noise problem!

Hi Overclock.net!

I recently got my H220 back from an RMA because my pump died while i was gaming, they tested it for 6 days straight but could not find any faults with it and when I got it back there was a lot of air bubbles which I finally got rid of, but now it just keeps making an even more annoying noise which i can't get rid of except if I turn down the pump to it's minimum RPM.

Can anyone help me? here a link with the noise it makes http://youtu.be/_aOg9XFnRds (it's my own video) thumb.gif

Are you sure there isn't still air trapped in the pump?

Also is that software to change the speed an Asus software? I don't have any experience with Asus boards or software. Is it controlling speed by voltage or PWM? You want PWM control and not voltage.

as far as i know, then i got rid of all air bubbles. it was completely silent at one point but then it got loud, and i pretty sure that the asus software uses PWM, atleast i'm using the pwm header(s) for all of my fans/pump and the pump is sitting in the connector that came with it and is connected to the CPU PWM
