Cheap 2-bay RAID enclosure?

I'm in the process of putting together a local SAN/NAS device for my home network that will house all my data (media, personal files, vm/pc backups, etc.). I was going to pickup a 3-4TB external HD to do local backups of that device for just my most important data however I'm thinking if I'm going to have a local backup I might as well have some redundancy on it. Therefore it's led me to consider buying a 2-bay RAID enclosure to run a RAID1 mirror for my local backups. I don't need it to be fast as it's only going to be doing weekly or bi-weekly backups and once the initial backup is done it won't be backing up large amounts of data at a time. So I'm looking for something inexpensive (since I still will have to buy 2 HDD's to go in the enclosure) and would like to keep the total cost between the drives and enclosure under $350.

Any suggestions?

I don't see any NAS/RAID enclosures made by Logisys.
