On the sapphire website it says that these cards require a 750w psu. I also read on a review that you need a minimum psu of 500w.
I have a 650w antec 80+ certified (i think silver)
so can i have this card or not and what happens if i used this card with my psu?

There is no way that card needs 750w for 1 gpu. Your psu should be fine.

A 750W?? No way, manufacturers always recommend more power than the card actually needs in the case of people using a low quality PSU.

I think you'd be fine.

so can i have this card or not - Yep.

what happens if i used this card with my psu? - What you'd expect, 7970-like performance.

The PSU you have will work just fine with that GPU even heavily OC'd.

Don't waste your money on a new one.
