Anwywas, Justinone, if your card is working fine, leave it as it is.
Stevemc, since you can use your cards after safe mode blah blah, means that there is nothing wrong with your cards, probably just poor BIOS setup.
FastWrites is for AGP, you wont see it if you have PCI-E, however check your PCI-E frequency, I believe it should be set to 100Mhz? <--Might wanna google it.
Also, check if this is enabled [Control Panel/Display/Settings/Advanced/Troubleshoot/Enable write combining (uncheck it if checked and restart)]
I unchecked that box, and restarted. I was shocked that it came back up without BSOD.
Now, I'm gonna try some things that caused crashing before (Driver Update).
