Rookie needs help with first watercooling loop!

Thread Starter
Hello,

I think this is only my second post on the Overclock.net forums, but some of you may vaguely know me as 'Flightsimluke' from Tomshardware.

I came here because I see this as a more specialised forum, where I could get the best possible feedback on a watercooling loop I want to create in the next few months.

I'm looking to cool my 6300 and HD7970 (just the 6300 initially) and I just would like to make sure you know a few things.

1) I'm not looking for mega overclocks. I'm just looking for aesthetics and decent noise levels.
2) Relating to point 1, I know the Rad I included is cutting it a little fine.
3) Do I need both a biocide and a kill coil?
4) I've heard about the joys of premix fluids, but do dyes have the same negative connotations?

Okay, so now for the parts list:
Laing 10w DDC Pump and EK-DDC XRES 100 CSQ (Reservoir+Top)
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-004-TL

EK CoolStream XT360 Rad.
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-078-EK

EKSupreme LTX AMD Nickel CSQ Waterblock
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-321-EK

Coolermaster JetFlo Red LED 120mm Fan x3
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=FG-020-CM

Primochill Primoflex Red 16/11 Tubing (3x1m)
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-109-PM

XSPC Compression Fittings x6
http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-103-XS

Distilled Water

Kill Coil/Biocide

The total cost comes to about £260. The maximum I can stretch to is £300, so I'd love to hear any recommendations, advisories and opinions on the current list.

It'll be installed in a Shinobi XL and the system scheme is Black and Red, which is why I'd have loved the red fluid, would've looked good in the Waterblocks and Reservoir.

Best Regards
Luke
