Cheapest place to get LCD+screen replacement?

Got a Motorola Razr Maxx HD for cheap but the amoled screen is cracked but the gorilla glass if fine. The cheapest I've seen is $220.

I first thought it was just a regular old razr and those lcd's go for $90, but then found out it's a better phone but sadly it's more than double the price to fix. I'm sure these screens don't cost this much to make so if anyone has a hook up that can help me out, I'd appreciate it.

This one has the bezel and metal plate on the back. Without those it's a tad cheaper but I'm still trying to figure out how to get the bezel off the old one and I'm thinking it's not worth even trying it.

The Maxx HD screen is pretty expensive - about $170 wholesale. It's the most expensive part of a $700+ retail phone.

You would probably be better off buying a used Razr Maxx HD off eBay and keeping the one you have now for spare parts.

Eh..$206 here.

Well the point of getting this phone was to save money. Guess I'll keep my eye on ebay for a used non cracked screen. This phone is still newish so they're still selling high.

Well I'll take whole price over what I've found. LOL

Motorola's out of warranty service says $100 + taxes for screen repair. Waiting on the lady's reply to see if she has the box to get the esn.

Open the MicroSD/SIM card door and see if it has the ESN printed in microscopic print on a barcode sticker on the door. My Droid Razr has the ESN there.

The MicroSD/SIM card door is a slot on this phone. A tray slides out that holds the sim card. Nothing there.
