There is no difference between the pumps. The differences in Specs are just a result of different companys using different specs from the OEM pump manufacturer. Some use the specs specific to the D5 vario but some list specs for the whole D5 family, including the 24V D5 strong. Some companys even seem to mix and match specs from both that don't apply to a real pump.

EG. Alphacool uses the 1500LPM flow rate of the D5 strong but the 3.7M head of the D5 Vario.
It is really because non of these companys make the pumps. The Specs they are listing are completely dependant on the pump top that is used. The figures they use are related to the cheap factory plastic 1/2 inch top.

As for warranty neither company seem to feel like they want to to actually tell anyone what it is. They don't list it on their websites.
