It may be a coincidence that your PC died just when you changed BIOS settings so I would check the RAM and CPU voltages etc
After countless tries I got it! The error code is 0xc000021a

So I believe that's a driver issue of some sort. If it is simply impossible to get into windows, then a format may be needed. Its a hassle I know but its the easiest way to solve the problem, since resetting CMOS didn't work.
