Website opening slowly when opening the first time (google chrome) - Page 2

go to "history" under the browser then click "clear browsing data". check all options and select "obliterate from the beginning of time".

once done, go to "settings", click "show advanced settings" and select "reset browser settings".

then you disable all "extensions" and check multiple sites if the issue still persists.

report back.

You should try changing to another DNS, for example, the Google Public DNS and see if that makes any difference.

I should have changed my op. I first thought it was only the first time but i has happened multiple time nows with the same website. But since i disabled LSO everything has been fine for 20 mins now.

99% sure it's fixed. I tried all my bookmarks an not a single one having the problem. They all load nearly instantly, it really seems to be faster than normal.

"Finding host" means it's trying to query the DNS server you have configured. Since it loads slow the first time, and it doesn't on the second time, try changing to a faster DNS provider, like Google's (IP's: 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)

Use 8.8.4.4 as your DNS it's one of Google's public servers like Microx256 said. You can use a program called namebench to find the fastest one for you.
