Again, Overclocking Phenom II C3

Well hello all again,
Not long ago i was posting how good my CPU is, 1.4 Voltage and OCed on 4.1 Ghz, and stable in prime with max 54 temp.

Today i tried OCing a bit further cuz i said to myself, well i got good chip why not squize some more.

Well, till now i can get to only 4.2 with voltage 1.55(everything below is very unstable) and that means way to high voltage for my AirCooling cuz temps just jump up to (core 72) CPU to 62, thats WAYWAY to much.

Now may i ask whats the thing about it, why on so low voltage stable at 4.1ghz and above 4.1 just cant get stable even with high voltage?

its a old TX3, but it doesnt bothers me this,

I want only to know why such a big jump from 4.1Ghz to 4.2Ghz i need from 1.4mV to 1.55mV

I downclocked straight back to 4.1, i dont want only for 100Mhz a 10+temps
