I'll run another test, I updated my drivers (I just downgraded them to test) and run a chart on the CPU also.
and no, its actually maxing out at 75 degrees celsius, which is good for this card since it isnt natively supported in this system.
No way its that though, it was fine before the GPU upgrade.
It was fine because The GPU you were using before didn't really need that much CPU power. Not to mention BF4 Uses all of my cores at 100% even with a 4.6GHz overclock. I wouldn't be surprised if the TIM on that CPU heat sink is dry and needs replacing. That would cause it to down-clock and lag horribly.
