not sure what to do, any ideas???

Thread Starter
i have just recently purchased a gygabyte 7870 OC 2GB GPU which is quiet a long card so i was carefull to measure my case first and everything fitted so i went ahead and bought it ( just waiting on it being delivered ). now though having looked at my MOBO again which is a H61M-DS2 DVI ive noticed that inline with my PCIE slot are two sata slots that hold my HDD and DVD drive connection cables and i dont think my card will go past these two wires. am i able to just switch these two wires to my other sata slots which are located about one inch bellow were there are now or is it not that simple?

many thanks

yes you have to turn your pc off for it.

and yes there is a specific way to turn them in but there is only one way and you can't damage anything in the process without massive amount of force so just plug them in.
