Gonna try help you with the EK X-RES thing here;

so you want a pump/tube res combo, right?
grab one of these http://www.ekwb.com/shop/reservoirs-and-acc/res-pump-combo/ek-d5/ek-d5-vario-x-res-140-incl-pump.html
The actual D5 pump is just the little round bit, the nobbly type bit around the edge comes off (that bit is the stock 'top')

So I looked around at the place Im going to order all my bits from and this seems to be the same thing you linked, and as I understand it has the "increased flow" top already in there , so buying an extra top to increase my flow wouldnt help me, and compared to the bayres/pump combo im saving an entire euro biggrin.gifthumb.gif Thanks man.

No probs, yeah that's the right combo, it's just a pre assembled kit consisting of a Laing D5 Vario, EK X-TOP/EK X-RES 140mm combo.
They do look awesome, I wanted one that was all one piece like that but with a 250mm res but I couldn't do that so I had to have the res and pump separate
