okay, this is really weird to me. I installed raid 0 in the past but I'm having issue doing it now. The only way I got it to sort of work is using 3rd party marvel utility that I had the option to boot into from the motherboard bios, to configure my raid drives. So I told what drives to be raid 0. Then it restarts and then I put my flash drive with windows 7 to begin the installation. Now when its the part to choose what hard drive, I want to have my OS installed on, there is NO drives visible. Then from reading here on OCN, I learned, I have to download a driver. So I installed the marvell driver according to my motherboard, which gave me a weird error message.

"To continue installation, use the load driver option to install 32-bit and signed 64-bit drivers. Installing an unsigned 64-bit device driver is not supported and might result in an unusable windows installation."

I then click "okay" and I was now able to see my raid0 drive, now are now joined together working exactly how I wanted. I finish installation windows and everything seems fine.

But, I'm now wondering, is there going to be any issues in the future? Also using a 3rd party "marvel utility" to configure my raid drive is that okay? I never done it this way, would really love to hear feedback.

Thanks.
