Not sure how to fix it. Every time I open this thread and see the photos, the leak occurs. Hence pants need change.

Perhaps I'll go with the first set I have purchased or perhaps I'll by more or a different manufacturer... so at this time, I'm not comfortable building water around the RAM.

I may not need the fans, or they may be really useful. If I don't like them, they can come out wink.gif

Cool! thumb.gif

I have a skully in service, and when it fails I will complete my current skully build (fully underwater with Danger Den blocks).....

Nice! Skulltrail really was/is something quite special. I must admit that as awesome as the potential
of the SR-2 is, she's a very fickle lady (very sensitive about POSTing, and has a very curious startup
sequence, but such is the life of a purebred biggrin.gif ).

Today's arrivals:

More wetworks and the brains:

I have yet to find better rads than the Black Ice GTX 480s. I will put one rad for each proc on a circuit like this:

rad | cpu | pump | rad | cpu | reservoir

Note the 2687w v2 cpus are 8 cores each.... 16 each with HT.... at 3.4 GHz. If I am lucky, I hope to o/c these to about 3.8 to 4.0 GHz using a baseclock of 1.10 to 1.12 ... fingers crossed smile.gif

Fan club, for the rads:

These are getting harder to find... and although they are the 'low speed', with four per proc, they should be fine. May be able to source some of the 'medium speed' versions... lets see what happens.

Finally, some power:

I swear by Enermax. I've had some places with very unclean power and lightening strikes. During the lightening strike, one machine (i7 920) on an Antec PSU was totally fried, proc board and all while a second machine on the same wall circuit and UPS with an Enermax PSU (dual proc skully) was saved by the PSU.

Started putting the case together tonight:

Mountain Mods make GREAT cases... beautiful. Ship anywhere, packed very well and very well crafted... and yes, I have to PAY for them!! But they do great work...

Yes, maybe it does look like a Zimmer Frame from some directions right now.. but it is great to build into:

I have another MM case... and a Danger Den Double Wide Tower 21 Black. Also a great case... but it is a HUGE shame Danger Den went out of business. If you are reading this, you must build into an MM case at least once in your life!!
