It will also depend if you're running 1.42v through it 24/7, or if you are using offset and only hitting it under load (and sitting a ~0.8v most of the time).

I think you should be fine with that voltage anyway thumb.gif

My personal limits are:

Sandy Bridge (SB-E as well): < 1.50v @ 70c (normal) load / 80c stresstest load.
Ivy Bridge (IB-E as well) <1.45v @ 75c (normal) load / 85c stresstest load.

So far my Sandy's have all survived a 2 year period of 1.45-1.5v 24/7 (offset so idles at 0.9v) without any sign of degrading.
Haven't run an Ivy that high or long yet but I believe 1.425v is safe <70c in normal usage for 2+ years.
