I wouldn't mind hearing, sure!

But yea in the video, when I hold the second fan a noise clearly stops I think.
I wish the 2nd fan was as silent as the first fan in that regard.

OKAY after 3 exchanges, the 4th card sounds great!
That took a while, but it sure makes me happy that I bought local, or that many returns would've taken over a month thumb.gif

glad that it worked out. thumb.gif now test that card at stock (800 mhz) with games / benchmarks and once you confirm its stable overclock that chip to 1.1 - 1.15 ghz with a bit of voltage tweaking. you will gain 35 - 40% perf and match HD 7970 ghz perf.

Cool!
As I do not know much on benchmarks or overclocks, would you recommend any programs/utilities?
Or is there a sticky I should read that would be relevant to this issue with current information?

if msi afterburner does not work you will have to use asus gpu tweak.

for benchmarks use 3dmark 2013, heaven 4.0, unigine valley . for games use crysis 3, battlefield 3, tombraider.
