Just wondering: If my card runs super cool and quiet (56C max and 30% fan speed) should i still flash the BIOS that techpowerup forum used? MSI sent the bios to them when they stated that their card was running too hot.

if your temps are fine don't bother with flashing the BIOS.

one last question about this card. The fps is all over the place while playing battlefield 3. Is this due to the beta drivers? because in the reviews at 1080p the card was getting 80+ fps. im at 1366x 768 and my fps will drop to 55

max out power control to +20%. make sure the clocks are at 1050 mhz constantly.

The GPU usage is literally all over the place. when it was at 100% the game ran perfectly. but it keeps randomly dropping. And about the power control. Im running an i7 950 @ 4.2ghz. along with this gpu. is 700w bronze going to be enough for me to put it at 20% power control?

I'm no expert but I think GPU usage problems mean you have a CPU bottleneck.
