Stuck in BSOD cycle, can't boot

Hi, sorry if this thread is in the wrong place, but I changed some settings in the 'Advanced' section of the msconfig Boot menu, and when I restarted my PC I got a BSOD and was unable to boot into Windows. I was trying to get the 'all black Windows boot' and changed my 'number of processes' to 4 and enabled full use of my RAM. I also had no GUI boot, but have been using it for a while with no issues. I'm able to boot with my secondary HDD, and my laptop is running the same settings with no issues. Is there any way I can revert my msconfig settings to default?

if you can boot in safe mode , you can just unchecked every option in the msconfig. if you cannot boot, user Startup Repair put your CD in or USB drive with windows 7 setup and follow the road.

Ok, thanks for the reply, how would I boot into safe mode? I power my computer on and get a straight up BSOD, the normal option to boot into safe mode doesn't appear.
EDIT: I think I have tried Startup Repair, after the BSOD I get the option of booting normally or entering startup repair, I've tried it and it isn't able to fix anything

see if you have system restore point and do it., the same way you did enter in the start up repair you see the system restore option.

Here is the fix you can do all this booting from CD and get to Command prompt

Code:
bcdedit /deletevalue {default} truncatememory

where "{default}" is the name of the identifier where "truncatememory" is listed by "bcdedit". Also set it to something else by typing:

bcdedit /set {default} truncatememory 0x100000000

Remember to always take a backup before you start:
bcdedit /export c:\bcd_backup
To restore it type:
bcdedit /import c:\bcd_backup

and a help file can always be found when typing
bcdedit /?
or more specific help about an option:
bcdedit /? <option>
e.g. "bcdedit /? /set"
