my 66's are close to 1.3 but that may or may not cause you problems...1.1 caused me problems until i took my HSF off my two cards cleaned them and added AS5 now they are way better...Around 38-40 idle like 54 load

Not a problem, try using ATI Tool to find your max. stable clocks (no artifacts), then hit defaults, turn it off, and go to Coolbits and set just a little below. Then increase it little by little, untill you find out whats the best stable clock for you... Watch your temperature in 3D, this can seriously damage your video card or even kill it if overheats.
