Thoughts on crossfire set up with Gigabyte Hd 7870/R 270x

Im only gaming at 1080p. The HD 7870 price drop looks really nice and i would like to have a decent GPU set up. Im aware of the R 270x's that can xfire with the pitcarn chips, So, with that in mind, What would you consider? Price to preformance? Maybe a second display for this amount of money?

Im really happy with the cooler on these cards.

You would probably need to upgrade your power supply before you Crossfire anything
