7990 = two 7970s gpu. Even two 7970s will best all these gpus (Titan, 780, 290X, 7970). Make sure you're not confusing it with the 7790 wink.gif

We don't know about scaling because these are single card #s for the 290X. We're hoping scaling is actually better then the already steller scaling you see in Tahiti (7990/7970/7950/7870XT). But, we just don't know that. Heck, we're still waiting for the official reviews that will prove or disprove these leaked benchmark scores. One thing that amd has done really good and Nvidia has slipped, especially going with three or four cards, is scaling. But it really comes down to the application. One card will work fine for a single screen but three or four can give you a great experience with three or five or six monitors.

Hope this satisfies you sir.

The AMD card isn't OC'd is it? Isn't the titan just lowering clock speed because of gpu boost 2.0 to keep the card at 80 degrees? Isn't that what all newer nvidia cards do??

Usually these type of reviews revolve around testing stock cards.
Also believe the TPU is just the chinese review we saw.

the should, but if we go off what they did with 780 vs titan, theyll overclock one then go " hurrrrr the 780 wins everytime : DDDDD"

see above, they usually overclock one card then pretend the other cant be overclocked and claim victory for the other card, so they get paid for giving a good review.

The card will beat Titan in higher resolutions (who with such cards runs 1080P anyways)
The card will be a little behind Titan at lower resolutions clock for clock (acording to that more trustable leak at 1440P all the wins pretty much belong to the 290x.

The temperature is probably a bug the whole GPU-Z is bugged there so don't put too much truth into it.

Let's wait for the reviews I personally look forward to Guru3D's review

gpu-z shows the same temps for my titans 780s and 7970s as afterburner and prec-X, how are you so certain they are bugged here?

Because they show the card running hot, of course. Only possible explanation.

On a different (off-topic) note, isn't there supposed to be some kind of announcement from Nvidia today?
