I can't feel any sympathy either, why would you do that before so much as an official bench or price announcement?

I don't need 6GB vram.
They have amazing performance yes, but stuttering all over BF4.

Sold for 1600 $.

If I can take 2x290x for 550$, i'm winning.

I also don't take anyones side, I want the best performing card for my money.
Calling me a fanboy when I have defended both sides makes whoever makes such claims seem pretty silly.
All I see is wild claims and no evidence to back it up, especially from people from the green side.

Launching that product at 550 $ is still a great profit for them.

Why would anyone sell a titan? Easy to get infront of the market crash of them. As soon as the 290X releases would you really buy a titan for 999.99 when you can get almost titan performance brand new for 549?

Whats funny is that i picked up a Titan signature last week for 725 and before the card was even here had it sold to a friend for 850 lachen.gif

I posted a list of us retailers with the 290X listed under 600 dollars. I dont even pay attention to that 700 dollar price on amazon.

Stuttering is Windows 7 and the beta client's fault. I have two TITANs. Played BF4 perfectly without any stuttering at all on Windows 8 PRO x64.

Wait for the drivers to mature... 10% improvement give or take biggrin.gif

I can afford any card I want, I don't have to defend any card or any company smile.gif
But I don't want to see the trend nvidia have been doing with their 1000 $ gpu card which is absurd.
