Asus P5B and E6400 bulid help

I want to do a like set up but need help
Mother Board Asus P5B not delux
Cpu E6400
video card need help
Whats good ram and brand to archive a over clock of 3ghz?
What after market cooling system do i need?
Power supply i deiced to get a decent 500wats.
Planing to run dual display
Case
Two LG 20.1" Widescreen LCD Monitor
Going to use old tv tuner win fast 2000xp deluxe

Also can any one help me overclock? like guides

If you plan on getting some high Overclocking done then I would recommend the P5B-D with any other BIOS than the 0614.

Video card: Nvidia - A 7950 would be nice (should work well for dually) for now, at least until the DX10 fiasco has settled. G80's are great, but their forte is benchmarking. This will continue to be the case until there are more DX10 compatible software available.

Aftermarket cooling: Air = A tower cooler (Scythe, Noctua, Tuniq). Water = Swiftech products w/ 1/2" dia fittings.

PSU: You may want to take a look at 600W - 750W (with special attention to the amperage on the 12V rail) PC P&C 750W is 60A on a single rail!

As for OC'ing, check the Intel CPU area for guides. There are many that are very helpful.
