Very nice.

Have you heard about APT-Build yet? It could defiantly make your Deb system much faster and better optimized. It works much in the same manner as Gentoo's USE flags, allowing you to custom-compile each piece of software for your system's hardware.

ye i have it installed.

the thing I didn't like about gentoo is that i conuldnt't install software, i didn't care to much about so loged it worked, without having to research it first. gentoo is great tool v.s. buildin your own distro but its no match for debian when it comes to needing 500~600 packages to sipmply run and only 25~200 costomly compiled.
I mainly compile software to add featues., not take them away.

but it would be nice to find a program that built debs out of compiled tallbar directories as there is some software that i just can't find in debian [or in orter distros] just some thing aren't out there, like this program
