Issues with my H60 AIO

Thread Starter
So recently I have noticed that my H60 is keeping my X6 1090T at idle temps of 40*C. However, when I tap the lines gently the temps drop to 35*C. When I stop tapping, after a few minutes the temps rise again.

When under full load the processor gets to 67*C. When I tap the lines it drops to 55*C. I stopp and the temps go back up after a few minutes.

What the heck is going on here? Pic of my setup:

Please, someone help me figure out whats going on here?
