It probably has something to do with thermal density and die size, maybe Tim? Lol, hopefully they will increase die size to decrease thermal density...hopefully

Ivy E has shown us they run hot even with solder. The problem is that the cores are just so damn small

I dont know how Intel will sell SoC and CPUs wit 14nm and high temperatures, it make no sense(realise that IGP also makes more heat and they are focused in their IGP performance too) mad.gif
