Photoshop and Dreamweaver help

Thread Starter
I am looking to purchase the latest Dreamweaver and Photoshop, but everything has changed from the old version I owned many years ago! I notice on the Adobe website there are monthly subscriptions but no overall product costs? Is this how it works now, can I only pay monthly and do I ever own the product at the end? Its now called Dreamweaver CC is this correct? Help lost and confused!

CC stands for Creative Cloud. There are different levels based on the products/services you want. This is the subscription based licensing method, but you can still outright buy the software.

Photoshop CS6 is $900
Dreamweaver CS6 is $514
