If I was you I would get 1000watt psu to be on safe side as I have read that gtx 580 sli use a lot of power plus if you oc cpu that will also draw more power you have similar build to mine I have gtx 580 sli
16gb ram
Ocz vertex 2 120gb
raptor hd 300gb
I7 2600k oc 4.5
1000watt psu

Honestly, You'll be fine. I had sli 580s off of an old Cougar x850w Both cards heavily overclocked and a 2500k @4.8ghz with no problems. I've seen SLI 690s With an overclocked i7 3930k run fine off of a 900w psu with no problems. So to answer the question... You'll be fine...

I have RMAed 2 OCZ PSU I wouldn't own 1 again I sold the 3rd one supplied under warranty
as for an 850w it is right on the limit, I would hit OCP with my HX850w corsair PSU with no OC on my old GTX 580 MSI Lightnings so would recommend a 1000w minimum.
but put it this way you could try on your current PSU but I would be planning that I would need to upgrade.

If the PSU has been good for you I would not worry about it as it will handle this load and a little more..

Its always good to be on the safe side but really 850 is more than enough. Even a good 750w psu would do it.
