I personally think if this isn't priced under £520-550 it's going to flop against the 780 (which will get a price drop, £475 I reckon) and the 780TI. AMD have had 10 months since the Titan release and like 2 years? before that to release this new series card.. Incredibly underwhelmed by it.
I think Nvidia will release the 780TI at the same price as the 290, cut the price of the 780 to £475 and push their Titan through their "4k powered" crap they have going at the moment. Unless the 290 is faster or even matched with the TI @1440p & 1600p they aren't going to make any progress against Nvidia this round because literally no one gives one about 4k performance and won't for the next 3 years or so. Imagine if they benched 8800GTXs @ 1600p, it's the same deal here, it's absolutely pointless.Edited by Zawarudo - 10/18/13 at 8:08pm
