hi i am building a new case . its the first time i mod a case :s
i dont know how 2 things work
1: i add a 10-15 leds on it , but i want to control them.
2: it need a screen on it , just to display things

what is the best thing to make this work?

Alright:
1. Are you building a case or modding a pre-made case?
2. LEDs are really simple, you can use a basic fan controller to control them most of the time. I've used strips of LEDs off of a simple light dimmer switch with an off position. If you are wanting to wire individual LEDs (I discourage because most of the time a good set of strip LEDs are simpler) make sure you understand how to wire it. It's really simple, but you don't want the metal touching other metal in your case and things like that.
3. Are you meaning an LCD screen that you can put images on or a LCD display that shows temperatures or other pieces of information?
