SLI questions.....

Thread Starter
Hey guys. I have paired two 670gtx.
The one runs at 1175 (top overclocking boost clock) and the second can run top boost 1240. I have lowered the second one to 1201, just to be close to the first one....
Does really this matter? Can I use all the potential overclocking of the second card or there is some SLi limitations?
This is also the same about memory?

I would have raised the lower clocked card to match the higher clocked card.
it is normal for even identical cards to run slightly different clocks when in SLI
it is preferable to run the clocks as close as possible as it can cause crashes if clocks are substantially different
and also preferable to run memory at identical speed as well.

Right....thanks....
The problem is that the card attached to the monitor is with the lower overclocking potential(gigabyte oc). With custom bios cannot get it above 1188 (1175 stable).....
