For anyone who cares my friend told me the 790 had power/overheating issues. But they are still going to release it soon ( he said "hopefully" by the end of the year) he also said that the new 290x is only more powerfully than the 780 in 4k resolutions situations, because of the memory bandwidth. That's why every benchmark has been in that res only. But for 1080p 2560p and lower( more common res) a overclocked 780 will have higher fps in most games. And lower frame latency. The new 780 ti was being produced but they didn't plan on releasing it at the Canada expo. It was for much bigger news the 790. The 780 ti will have the same amount of cores as the Titan with 3gigs of ram no compute but will utilize a custom pcb utilizing high end parts(memory and everything else) with will allow it to overclock much higher than anything out there now. Out of the box it will be faster than ANY current gpu on the market. Plus it will have even greater over clocking potential than the way it comes stock. And the 4k resolution will be better in the future with better drivers.
Except you aren't. The GTX 780Ti has an extra SMX unit, i.e. it has 192 more CUDA cores than the Titan. Its also been shown already that the 290X has been more powerful than the GTX 780 in a fair amount of situations, with the GTX 780 being more powerful in some others.
Also, its a reference card. Not a custom PCB card.
Its easy to make stuff up, but at least be correct when making it up if you want to actually look legitimate enough to fool others.
