Arctic Silver 5 for GPU, RAM, and Voltage regulators?

I'm setting up my cards for water cooling and have some concerns

Arctic Silver 5 says it's 99.9% silver and NON conductive. However, I was told that its fine for my CPU but that I should use
Arctic Silver Ceramique or MX2/4 for GPU, RAM and Voltage Reg's in my graphics card... any truth to this or will Silver5 be fine?

AS5 is not electrically conductive but slightly capacitive. You can use it on anything but not on exposed traces (or if you plan on going sub-zero).
Once again...

Thanks, I think I'll just get some Ceramique 2 to be safe as for this "aquacomputer" cooling block doesn't use pads on the RAM just the voltage reglators.
