i5 4670k post-OC problem

while playing LOL i noticed my fps was bouncing from 60-150ish (which is weird) before i reinstalled windows i had a steady 180-200fps. I thought it was a problem with Nvidia so i optimized the settings for LOL but still had a problem. This is not a big deal because i can play fine, i just get occasionally lag spikes from this. (90% sure its not my isp). I think it's a problem now however because i go to my hwinfo64-system summary and all 4 Core clock speed is bouncing like crazy eek.gif

anyone has this issue before? i suspect is one of the bios setting but im not sure any input is appreciated.

What are your temperatures?

"lag spikes" from FPS or system performance dipping look and feel completely different from "lag spikes" as in ping spikes, the more true usage of the term

Clockspeeds will normally bounce from 800mhz to your OC speeds when your system is not under load

okay good to know. my core temp while playing is 48 c and it seems to be working properly. I did crash yesterday and i up my voltages
vccin 1.96v to 1.97v, core voltage 1.330v to 1.350v and cache voltage 1.250v to 1.260 v. That might have been the problem but i will try other games to confirm.thumb.gif
