Ok I had a little time today to work on a redesign. I do like the idea of a tri-zone or three circuit design.

Very nice, tho your RAM Loop looks really complex, in what is already a high restriction loop. A handful of 90 degree fittings could solve that problem and look cleaner, tho its gonna be a high restriction loop either way. So whatever way tickles your fancy, its still gonna be a high restriction loop mostly for looking flashy. As long as you have enough holes, or can make enough holes to route the tubing, its all good. Looks nice, Hope you enjoy building it! And you can link 2 360 rads together to give your video cards (hottest part) more cooling power. 4 rads is overkill but its not like you are spaced limited so might as well go for more quiet setup

Between the RAM and MB WB, how much heat/watts will need to be dissipated?

Dont know offhand, but given half the motherboards are run without heatsinks, and same with RAM, not much. So unless you plan to push your overclock so hard you are almost damaging the chip, I don't think you need WC on your mobo or RAM. For the bling factor, sure.

Not sure at this point how far I will be pushing the OC.

So it sounds like as long as I have a small amount of fluid flow across the RAM &MB I should be ok. Maybe even a small token rad with fan?

Most likely, but id go for a thick 120 with dual fans at least. But yes, devoting more rad space to your video cards would be a better way to ensure your system runs cool and quiet

If the two GPUs have the largest system demands, would it be ok to run the lines in parallel rather than series with the use of a Y pipe?

Excellent question, to which i do not have an excellent answer. I don't like dual GPU setups so i don't know about water cooling them

I would forget the RAM block, it's really not going to do anything but cost money. I would consolidate the Mobo and CPU into a single loop.

The advantage of running dual loops is that your GPU's, which happily run hotter than your CPU, are isolated from one another. The disadvantage is purchasing 2 pumps, 2 rads, 2 res, etc. You also have additional points of failure, whereas if you combine everything into a single loop, you only need 1 res but you can still use 2 pumps in series for additional pumping power and a measure of redundancy. The obvious downside is slightly hotter water in your loop.

I have yet to WC dual GPU's but a home brew analysis I have read indicated that there wasn't much difference in running them in series or in parallel, although the second card in the series config will run slightly hotter and the flow rates through a parallel config will be lower. So what I took from that was use a stronger pump (or two pumps) and set up my cards in parallel.
