My Computer Reboots When I tell It to Shut Down

Thread Starter
It seems I cannot shut down my computer. Every time I try to do so through Windows OS, it will just reboot my computer. When I restart my computer through the OS, it restarts as its supposed to. The only way to truly shut down this computer now is to take off the siding on my case and hold the power button on the motherboard until it finally shuts down. Anyone know why this could be happening?

All my computer information is in my signature build below.
