but im not having the pump as the highest point, the radiator is, the radiator is mounted on the case ceiling above the pump as it is usually installed, my case is that the pump is turned around so the logo is upside down, my question is that would this affect the pump by any way or affect cooling performance?

if its just the pump no but it would make it slightly more difficult to neatly plug your fans into the pump if you chose to

My radiators are higher than where my pump is; and my pump is upside down parallel to the bottom of my case. It wont affect your performance. My H100i radiator is rear-mounted so the pump is actually higher than the radiator and the reservoir is in a vertical fashion (not even horizontal -- how its supposed to be mounted on the top of a case).

I get really great temps. Im at a 4.8Ghz OC @ 1.39v and my temps never break 57C when gaming. I found the best temperature drops from finding a good reseat of my cooler and changing with different amounts of TIM till i found the best temperatures.
