Fushing new hardware ?

Hi all, just wondering if flushing my new rads and water blocks today and then letting them set a week or so would cause any corrosive or rust issues? I plan on using distilled to flush them, but i do not have my case yet so the pc will probably not get assembled for a week or more just trying to get ahead of the game.
