7950 artifacts? im not too sure..

well, i just bought a powercolor 7950 installed(installed the driver too) but when i visit a website i see these square on the screen.

Questions:
- Yep you have it, did you verify on other applications or solid backgrounds?
- Do you see this immediately after boot-up or after a couple of minutes?
- Have you re-seated the card and re-connected the cables?

If you have done the above mentioned or confirmed it visually and the card is still under warranty just kill the headache before it begins and have it replaced.

Yea, i did try to reinstall the drivers and re-seat the card. I just bought the card it.

Have you messed around with any of the clock rates or is it running at stock speeds?

the default speed is at 925/1250 dunno what happened. bios 1 and 2 have the same issue.
