SLI GTX 560TI 830mhz with GTX560TI 900mhz OC

Hello everyone,
I had an oportunity to get a GTX 560Ti for cheap, and wanted to give SLI a try. The question is that the other card that i found is factory overclocked to 900mhz, and i wanted to know if it would be a problem.

If anyone has any experience i'd like to hear their opinions.

EDIT: The make is Asus GTX 560Ti Direct CU II

No the faster card will just run at the same clocks as the lower clocked card. Wont cause any issues though.

Now the bigger questin if anyone cares to offer a personal opinion, is should i buy a second 560ti or wait till next year and get a next generation GPU, 7 series nvidia or R9 amd. I'm not really having performance problems, i just thought it would be cool to try SLI.

Unless they are 2Gb version of the Ti, do not bother.

Depends on the price of the gtx560ti your looking at. Either way at 1080p for the price there isnt a better bang for your buck. Sure a newer gen card will perform better than the sli 560 setup but in order to surpass an sli setup your looking at 400+. Id do sli and keep on playing as long as you can on your current gen. The saying goes if it aint broke dont fix it....

Shouldn't be bad if you fill all fan slots. I run my sli 570 setup at 1.1v 900mhz core in an antec solo 2 with no issues. 2 120mm intake and 1 120mm exhaust. I see 70ish on the bottom card and 75ish on the top card.
